data를 dump
간단한 사용법은 dump key 이다.
Redis-specific format으로 값을 리턴한다. RESTORE 명령으로 DB 다시 저장할 수 있다.
Dump data에 Expire time은 포함하지 않는다. RESTORE 시 expire time을 설정할 수 있다.

명령문
DUMP key
- 이 명령은 version 2.6.0 부터 사용할 수 있다.
- 논리적 처리 소요시간은 O(1)이다.
